They do exactly as described - sometimes you pop the seal while removing the sealer, but it's all good, just reset and try again until you pull it off right.was Super skeptical being soft rubber. but Hey new toy! gotta try & break it. Not happening! did like 40 different combinations dry, wet, mixture, small & large mouth. another keeper !These work well, but once a jar is sealed, it is difficult to remove these from the top without messing up your seal! It takes a lot of patience to do it right.So I bought this not completely confident that it would even work. I just used the regular mouth one, haven't tried the wide mouth yet.My accessory hose is a different brand than my vacuum sealer and I was so confused as to how this thing was supposed to work.3 times it didn't work. I'm a dummy bc I didn't close the vacuum sealer all the way like I would normally.Once I snapped closed the vacuum sealer, this thing worked like a dream! Maybe I'm just a newbie but coolest product ever!Very easy to use with my handheld vacuum sealer. I’m able to store dehydrates goods in glass jars.I love this just another way to help me save my foodI used my vacuum sealer and the tubing that came with my vacuum sealer. I worked well. Created a good seal, you can see the lids are popped down.I don't write reviews but couldn't resist for this one. I have an older Food Saver V2470 which the wide mouth sealer that came with it works great but I needed a regular size attachment. After looking at all the reviews online on regular mouth sealer attachments, I noticed alot of complaints that they wouldn't always work and all the tricks people have used to make them work. So noticed this universal sealer at about $10 cheaper, and decided to give it a try. Wow, works great, has sealed each and every prepping jar. It is well made and will probably outlast the others. Does exactly as advertised, no rigging necessary.
