All parts states are included with the product. The Champagne Bronze finish is beautiful classic yet contemporary muted gold. Note- it isn't brassy, but it also isn't a bold brushed antique or yellow gold. It is exactly the light finished "champagne" color I had hoped for in the shower we are renovating. The water pressure is better than we expected and the built detachable hand sprayer is such an added bonus. Very classy! Delta brand is the only trusted brand we use, and we will continue to use.They also have excellent customer service should questions or obstacls arise during the install... Even going so as far to replace the "roughed in part" that was warped by OUR plumber, free of charge. All the stars!I give it 5 stars with one small caveat. If you're OCD, the hot and cold are slightly off centered (Meaning to get cold no matter where placed is 25% off. Meaning if I want it all the way hot, the knob is still about 20-25% touching the blue and same for the cold. This doesn't bother me at all and most others do it too but for the OCD's out there it may be an annoyance.Every time I try to adjust the shower head, the middle part just falls out and sprays everywhere! It's a also a but tricky trying to put it back and make it stay. Pricey, but we love the look.I got this for my moms bathroom. I like that you can set one dial at the temperature you want & then just turn the other one for in/adjust water flow.Easy for her to use.Great value for the money. The extended arm is long enough. Dual water pressure. Strong water pressure too.I love the functions of the shower head and it looks nice. However the water pressure is lacking. I’m not sure if it is the style of the shower head or something w the plumbing. The shower wand I have in my bathtub has a tremendous amount of water pressure so that leads me to think that this shower head is the issue but I don’t know that for sure.Well, it is a beautiful trim kit. Everything works well. I had a plumber install it and he said it was pretty easy.Just enough of a leak that it will have a white build up around the outside of the outer head.Total garbage. Just had it installed by my plumber. The hose is cheap plastic that does not flex unless it has hot water running through it. I mean hot. The hand held shower sits in the shower head ring assembly very loosely and if you barely touch the hose by accident, the hand held shower pops out and falls. Horrible design. I can see this happening over and over and eventually the hand held shower cracking due to impact with the tile wall. Also, it has two levers...the big one for turning on the water, and smaller in the middle for adjusting temp. The temp control is so stiff that turning it turns the water on-off control. so you have to use both hands...one to hold the on off lever and the other adjust the temp lever. Totally ticked off by the horrible quality of this product. Delta products have gone down hill in the past few years. They are obviously focused on bottom line and quality does not figure high on their list of production priorities. Stay away from this product, and Delta in general.These are a very elegant fixtures and look fantastic in our remodeled tub+shower area. Installation was also very easy - I installed these after the plumbers did all our rough-in work.However, the outter shower head has a leak at the seam where the two plastic pieces join each other and Delta's warranty support has been very slow to address this so far. We've had to buy a cheap temporary shower head for now. This is unusual as I've had to use their warranty once in the past and they were very quick and responsive, so I hope this will be resolved soon and then I'll update my review with the feedback.The flow from this head was initially pitiful. It improved a bit by not using both parts of the shower head together, but not by much. Fortunately, it's quite easy to remove the flow restrictor. (Look it up on YouTube.)Also note that the piece of pipe that connects the shower head to the wall is unusually long. In our tiny shower, it put the head too far into the middle of the stall. Your local home improvement shop will almost certainly have a shorter one you can swap it for. Even better: buy it before your plumber installs it so he can use it instead.Our plumber says it was hard to install. It also has a dual arrangement for turning on the water and setting the temperature. A real pain when you are showering an invalid. Also the PLASTIC hose is twisted and we are hoping that it will straighten out after some hot water runs through it for awhile. After waiting so long to get it installed, it would have been nuts to send it back and wait even longer for another type of faucet.Como dicen muchas personas, el acabado y color es bonito pero yo también hubiera esperado más de Delta.
