This is my absolute favorite steamer. I think this is my fourth one. Unfortunately I usually end up dropping them or leaving them on after the water dries up because it doesn’t have an auto shut off. If you leave it on for a long time like 24 hours it can sometimes burn out the heater. I think if I never dropped it and meticulously unplugged this after using it, it would last a really long time. As it is, they usually last about three or four years. If you take care of them. They do a great job of steaming, but they do take a bit of time to warm up and sometimes they spit out a bit of water, but it’s a great design and very practical. It’s a little heavy to travel with, but I have brought on trips with me.
