Can't go wrong with a Delta! Looks even more beautiful in person & was easy to install.We used this in our guest bathroom remodel. Nice product but the handle does take slightly more force to turn it. I'm hoping this gets better with time. Otherwise it works well.I really liked this product. One thing that I wish we would have noticed is that when you are filling up the bath tub you cannot control the flow of water. You constantly have a heavy flow of water. And with a baby I would have proffered having a slow flow of water. Other than that it's all good. ?I do building maintenance and Delta is one of the simplest to repair when things go wrong so when it came time for me to build a new bathroom I sought out Delta fixtures. I opted with a lesser expensive set as this is a basement bathroom that wont be used often. I was very surprised to find everything in the kit was plastic. I ordered the brushed nickel to match all my other fixtures and lighting and assumed that, since the cost was higher on this kit, it had to be from the metal used. I was wrong and could find no reason they charge more for some colors than others especially when its all plastic.I expect the same long life and simple service that I have always had from Delta, just a little disappointed in the cheap feel.Tub spout connection leaked first time shower was used resulting in stain on ceiling downstairs. Plumber colud not get to seal correctly. Had to use a generic all chrome and metal tub spout instead. Delta rep said all sets have plastic tub spouts. Metal ones sold separately. Shower head is great. Works as described.The finish on the drain stop began coming off within the first few weeks of use. The bathroom this is installed in gets very little use, disappointing I already have to replace a portion of this. If it wasn’t for this happening it would be a great shower system.Update to my original post:I was able to get the temperature adjusted right. I love being able to set the temperature and keep kids from getting it too hot. It took a couple tries for me to get it to work. No idea what I was doing wrong but it’s great now.Original post:I love the look of this Delta Argo 14 although it’s all plastic trim. I thought the anti scald temperature control would be a great feature but I was wrong. I have it adjusted as far as it will go towards hot and it only gets luke warm at best. Now I have a new shower wall surround up so to replace the valve or faucets will require replacing the wall surround as well. I can’t afford to do that so guess I won’t be using that shower again. Don’t seal up your wall before testing the valve temperature controlsI love this unit it looks great and I like the functions on the shower head. I only wish you could adjust the water pressure. The pressure is consistent every time but I prefer more than you can get from the shower head. I still like it.We had it installed by a professional so I can't speak to ease of installation... but the fixtures feel solid, the matte black is beautiful, I love the removable shower head for cleaning and the water pressure is good.We bought a basic Moen matte black trim and overflow plate for the tub and they match great.I couldn't find local stored and for my bathroom
